The holiday apartment "FahrradlandundMeer" with step-free access and modern interior is located in Moormerland and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing stay with a private, fenced terrace. The apartment is situated in the center of the rural community, quiet yet central in East Frisia, between the cities of Emden, Aurich, and Leer. The city of Leer is only 9 km away.



The 75 m² accommodation offers a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two people), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to five people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. A drying rack, a baby cot, and a high chair are also available.



Within about 300 m you will find many services and activities: bike rental, drugstores, grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, an international restaurant, several pizzerias, e-charging stations, banks, pharmacies, doctors, public transport, as well as excellent cycle paths and beautiful dog walking trails by the water about 400 m away at the Sauteler Canal.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets (dog or cat) are allowed (for a fee). Smoking is not permitted inside the building, but is allowed on the terrace. An e-car charging station is located in a public car park about 300 m from the accommodation. Two bicycles can be used for a fee. The accommodation features energy- and water-saving facilities.
