This spacious and newly built semi-detached house offers space and comfort for the whole family. The house will be for an occupancy of up to 6 people. The living-dining area with a fully equipped and high-quality kitchen is flooded with light and offers direct access to the garden. On the west-facing side of the garden you have a furnished terrace with a beach chair and charcoal grill. The first of 3 bedrooms and a guest toilet with shower are also on the ground floor. This bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. Therefore, the feel-good occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children. The wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor where the other two bedrooms are located.
