The sunny and spacious 95 m² apartment is in a newly renovated attic on the south-west slope of Oberuhldingen on Lake Constance. It has a balcony and a large living room with a fantastic view over the village and Lake Constance from the island of Mainau to the pilgrimage church of Birnau and Bodman.
The two bedrooms each have a king-size bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is located in a quiet, purely residential area in the center of Oberuhldingen. Supermarkets, bakeries and infrastructure (train station, bus station) can be reached on foot in approx. 5 minutes. Free private parking space directly in front of the house, bicycles can be stored in a garage. The accommodation is suitable for up to 4 guests, older children are welcome.

The shore and the local natural beach bath Unteruhldingen can be reached in approx. 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike. Numerous excursion destinations and sights, the pile dwellings (Unesco World Heritage Site), the Birnau, the tractor museum, the island of Mainau and Reichenau, Unteruhldingen landing stage and boat hire as well as the surrounding towns of Meersburg, Überlingen and Salem Castle are close by. For the more adventurous, Lake Constance offers a variety of water sports activities, including sailing, swimming and windsurfing.
