The studio apartment "Maria's Village One Bedroom House 4", which is situated in Paros, overlooks the Aegean Sea. The 45 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

A fourth bed can be provided upon previous request.

The studio apartment features a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a balcony. In addition, guests have access to a shared garden, an open terrace, a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.

The property is located within walking distance of a tennis court, public transport links and the beach.

A parking space is available on the property.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Please observe the quiet hours from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

Gatherings and barbecues should end by 11 pm.

Beach/pool towels are provided.

The accommodation is cleaned daily, the bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
