Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (available only in summer) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and books for adults and children. A baby cot is also available.

There is one on-site parking space and free street parking. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Towels cannot be provided. The property offers step-free access and interiors, making it suitable for guests with mobility needs.



An electric vehicle charging station is available. The property follows guidelines to help you separate waste correctly, with further information provided on site. Energy-saving lighting is used, and waste separation is carried out in the residence. Among the keys provided, you will also find one for the dedicated waste collection room located at the entrance of the residence.
