Family-friendly amenities include 2 high chairs, 1 baby bed, and beach towels.

Your private outdoor pool measures 8x4 meters, uses salt water, and is heatable. An outdoor shower, private grill, and shared playground are also available.



You will have access to 3 shared on-site parking spaces as well as parking available in the street. Events are not allowed on the property, and as this is a residential area, please be considerate of the neighbors.



The villa enjoys a quiet location close to beaches and just a 10-minute walk to Gran Parque de Mijas. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find the community area featuring a 25-meter swimming pool open from May until October, a fenced children pool, play area, tennis court, 3 restaurants, and a small supermarket. A tennis court is also located within a 15-minute walking distance. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.
