Sandy Maria 102 is a spacious apartment in Zakynthos, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.



The 50 sq m apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom. In total, it can accommodate up to four guests.



Free Wi-Fi and a baby cot (available upon request) are provided.



Air conditioning is not included in the standard amenities and can be used upon request for an extra fee, arranged with the host at the property.



Guests have access to a private balcony and a shared outdoor area that includes a pool (available from May 1st to October 2nd), a garden, a terrace, and an outdoor shower.



The location is ideal, as the apartment is close to the beach and within walking distance of public transport stops.
