On the ground floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a lounge. On the first floor there is a living room, 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a balcony. On the top floor there is a large terrace with a jacuzzi from which you can enjoy the impressive views of the sea and the famous Brijuni National Park. Spend fun evenings on this outdoor terrace and enjoy the starry sky. The house is equipped with 8 sun loungers and 3 sun umbrellas. For further relaxation, a sauna is available. For our active guests, Villa Allegra Istriana offers table tennis, billiards and the PlayStation 4. For outdoor activities, 4 bicycles are available to explore the surroundings of the beautiful municipality of Fazana. The villa has a private pool (48 m2) in the courtyard where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days. Gather on the outdoor terrace and enjoy warm sunny evenings with friends. You can also use the grill on the terrace with a table for 10 People and a corner sofa. The area around the pool is surrounded by approximately 180 Mediterranean plants. On the property there are 2 covered parking spaces. The internet speed is 30-50 mbit.
