The tastefully furnished Finca Morea with private pool is located above the fine sandy bay of Finikounda and the village of the same name, with a fantastic view of the sea, the village and the beautiful surrounding mountain ridges of southern Messinia. The landlords have set themselves the goal of building their holiday home on this southernmost coast of the Peloponnese in the style of a finca. "Morea" means Peloponnese in ancient Greek.

The comfortably furnished finca is quietly and idyllically situated close to the sea and the fine sandy beaches of Finikounda on a large natural and garden plot. The finca, which was only completed in December 2023, skilfully combines traditional, classic building elements, stone and wood with modern and elegant furnishings and architectural elements. It offers guests plenty of space, privacy and a high level of comfort for up to 6 people. From the pool terrace and the beautifully designed lounge area, you can round off the day with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.

Ground-level access to the beautifully designed living area with a high, open wood-panelled ceiling. Large windows flood the holiday home with light and offer wonderful views of the pool and the sea. The open-plan kitchen with dining area is the centrepiece of the finca. On either side of the kitchen and living area are two well-separated sleeping areas. To the left of the living area is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room and direct access to a covered terrace with sea views. To the right of the kitchen, a small corridor leads to two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and direct access to a covered terrace.

The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The private pool (12x4m, 1.50m deep, not heatable, in operation from May to October) is approx. 48sqm in size and invites you to swim, linger and sunbathe.

At the pool side is a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen area equipped with a sink, electric grill and induction hob. On the covered terrace in front, the marble table with lounge furniture offers the best conditions for family celebrations and holiday moments together.

Both the air conditioning and the underfloor central heating are operated in summer and winter by an environmentally friendly and climate-neutral heat pump, which obtains all the energy it needs from the photovoltaic system.
