The modern 55m² apartment is located on the second floor of a detached house in Kühlungsborn-Ost - a quiet location close to the beach.



The apartment was completed in 2013. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the city forest and the Molli train station. Comfortably and tastefully furnished, the accommodation has: a kitchen with mini oven, a shower-bathroom, a bedroom, a living room and a 17sqm roof terrace facing south.



Good shopping facilities (bakery, department store, doctor, savings bank, cafes, restaurants) are in the immediate vicinity. Kühlungsborn is one of the most popular and attractive resorts on the German Baltic coast. The kilometer-long beach, the town forest and the surrounding area invite you to enjoy exciting excursions on foot or by bike. The historic narrow-gauge steam train "Molli" takes you to the oldest German seaside resort "Heiligendamm" and to Bad Doberan with its famous "Münster" monastery. The old Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar are approx. 30 km away and can be easily reached by car.



Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

A parking lot is available at the accommodation.
