Njivice, 50 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday flat is on the first floor of a fully refurbished private house, less than 50 m from the seafront promenade as well as the centre of Njivice. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
