This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the upper area of the Son Bou urbanization, offering beautiful views of the sea and countryside. You will enjoy a very peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. The property features a spacious communal pool, rarely crowded, within a community of only 20 apartments. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, charcoal barbecue, coffee makers, microwave oven, washing machine, soap and shower gel, first aid kit, bed linen and towels, as well as a beach kit (mats, umbrella, snorkeling goggles, beach chair, and portable cooler). Cleaning supplies are available in the outdoor closet next to the pool, along with a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm. Baby equipment is also provided, including a cot, high chair, bed rail, toys, and other children's accessories. The garden has a small gate for children's safety, with an optional key. Arrival is self-check-in, with keys in a security box located on the covered terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and desk, the other has two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. Parking is easy and nearby on the same street. Son Bou is the largest beach on the island and offers all services: restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, and shops. The apartment is close to the famous Camí de Cavalls, ideal for hiking, cycling, or horse riding, such as the route from Son Bou to Santo Tomás. Access to the beach is simple, just 4 or 5 minutes by car through the urbanization to the beach parking area. Check-in is from 1:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am, with flexible times depending on availability.
