On 60 m² of living space, this holiday flat offers a good room layout. It consists of a stylish living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This flat has its own balcony which is accessible from the living area. It is covered and has a fantastic view of the sea and the nearby islands of Krk and Rab. The extremely pleasantly designed outdoor area offers plenty of space to spend a nice time outdoors. Here, the centrepiece is the 30 m² swimming pool. Furthermore, there is a private children's playground, a barbecue for common use and sun loungers next to the pool. Right next to the pool is the wellness area with a large whirlpool, sauna and fitness room. Free private parking is available just behind the house. The rental price includes intermediate cleaning and change of bed linen and towels.
