The vacation home "Ático Margarita" is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria just a short walk from the beach. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 2 baby cots and a high chair are also available.

The accommodation features 2 private open terraces and a barbecue.

The property is situated just a 5-minute walk from Las Canteras Beach and the Puerto Market. In addition, a playground, several restaurants, pharmacies and bus stops are located nearby.

Free parking is available on the street.

Please avoid unnecessary noise between 10 pm and 9 am.

Air conditioning is not available.

A late check-in after 9 pm is possible for a fee.

Please note that the third bedroom is accessed via a slightly inclined staircase.
