The vacation home "Mavi Piano Terra" in Palau is an excellent choice for a family holiday. This 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite), and can accommodate 6 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

This vacation home offers a private outdoor space with a garden, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. Guests also enjoy access to a shared outdoor area with a barbecue.

The property boasts a central location a few steps from the port with ferries leaving to La Maddalena and its islands every 30 minutes. La Sciumara beach is 500 m away and can be easily reached on foot. The town center with restaurants, ice cream parlors, stalls, and various event venues is a 2-minute walk from the vacation home. Moreover, there are boat/dinghy tours of the archipelago available for every taste and budget. The nearby area offers numerous charming destinations such as Gallura, the Costa Smeralda, and the La Maddalena archipelago. For water sports lovers, there are Porto Pollo and Isola dei Gabbiani, which are famous surfing/windsurfing/kite surfing/sailing sports locations that attract visitors from all parts of the world in all seasons. The spots invite you to enjoy the sea waves and the wind, or enjoy romantic beach sunsets with a delicious aperitif. Alternatively, guests can spend a week directly on the premises, indulging in complete relaxation.
