The nearest beach, Puntalejo, is approximately 7.58 km away, with convenient access in about 10 minutes by the road "Carril Colada de la Venta" and "Carril del Palillero".



This charming villa, built in 2014, offers 100 m² of living space and is completely fenced to provide privacy. The exterior features a large porch, a private pool, a well maintained garden and parking within the plot.



Outdoor furniture includes comfortable hammocks and tables with chairs for the porch.



Inside, there is a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a refrigerator, as well as a large TV.



The master bedroom offers amenities such as a TV, dressing room and private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have built-in closets and share another bathroom.
