This charming 28 m² apartment, fully equipped, offers all the comfort necessary for a relaxing stay. It includes a bedroom with a comfortable bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom with shower and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are at your disposal for optimal comfort. For families, a baby bed and a booster seat are available on request.



The outdoor area is designed to offer you a total immersion in the seaside atmosphere of Palavas. Right from the doorstep, you have access to the beach and the promenade where you can stroll, enjoy a coffee on the terrace or taste local specialties with your feet in the sand. The apartment's prime location allows you to fully enjoy the seafront without having to take the car.

The apartment is non-smoking and designed to guarantee the tranquility of all. One pet is accepted free of charge. Respect for calm between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. is required. A deposit will be deposited by bank imprint before entering the premises. As the electric meter is not suitable for recharging electric vehicles, it is recommended to use the public
