We rent out our vacation apartment in cooperation with H&P Touristik, which operates a reception desk in the neighboring building. There you will receive the key and further information if required. This ensures professional service and support before and during your stay. After booking, you will receive a confirmation from H&P. For an additional fee, H&P also offers a type of travel cancellation insurance, but any refunds will only be made in the form of vouchers.
Bed linen, hand towels, and dish towels can also be booked for an additional fee. The prices for these are steep, so it is advisable to bring your own bed linen, hand towels, and dish towels, especially since they can be washed and dried in the basement for one euro each.
