Built in 1990 and renovated in 2024, the holiday home is a terraced house and is furnished in a rustic and luxurious style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, and barbecue facilities.

Punta de Su Turrione. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. the land is not completely fenced. The villa is located in a residential area called Country Paradise. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) in a carport and in a car park in the village (distance 10 m).
