The two-room apartment with private garden, recently renovated and furnished, is located close to the free beach and equipped beach clubs, as well as nightclubs, discos, restaurants, pizzerias, and shops within 50 meters of the property. You no longer need a car! The center of Gallipoli is 1 km away, the train station is 500 meters away, and bus stops from all over Italy are 1 km away.



The accommodation, situated in Baia Verde of Gallipoli, famous for its beautiful sandy beach, is on the ground floor and surrounded by a communal courtyard where children can play. You have a small private garden with outdoor shower, washbasin, and equipment for dining outdoors. It consists of a double bedroom, a living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, entrance, and bathroom with shower, all newly furnished and with a newly renovated bathroom. The rooms are cool and well-ventilated, also thanks to mosquito nets; there is no air conditioning. A television and all kitchen equipment are provided (oil, salt, and pepper are not supplied). Linen is available as an extra service not included in the price (sheets, bathrobes, tea towels, etc.). There is no parking space, but paid parking is available nearby.



Supermarkets, newsstand, pizzerias, and other shops are 100 meters away; the beach is free, but there are also two adjacent beach clubs with entertainment and numerous evening services. On many evenings, these clubs become disco pubs with free entry and live music. Private garden with hot shower, table, and chairs.
