Chalet "Gîtes Le Titlis" in Bernex is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with stunning views of the Alps. This 450 m² property offers a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 8 bedrooms, and 8 bathrooms, accommodating up to 30 guests. Additional features include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV with DVD player, heating, and a washing machine. A ping-pong table is also available. Two baby cots and a high chair are provided.



Enjoy the private outdoor area with a garden, 8 balconies, a barbecue, and a playground. Inside, you’ll find a heated pool (open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm). A tennis court is within walking distance.



Ten parking spaces are available on the property.



Families with children are welcome. One small dog is allowed for an extra fee (please bring your own dog bed). Smoking is not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm and respect the neighbors.



Electricity costs are charged according to consumption, payable on site via the meter. These charges are mandatory.



Bed linen is provided and must be used.



Air conditioning is not available and towels are not provided.



You can order meals (local specialties and homemade charcuterie) delivered on arrival.



The property offers waste sorting guidelines, water-saving devices, and generates part of its electricity with solar panels.
