You have access to a private outdoor terrace with a barbecue. Guests can also use a shared outdoor area, which includes a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower. From July 1 to August 31, both saltwater pools are open for children and adults.



The property is close to the beach, with public transport links within walking distance and a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot. You are 30 minutes on foot from Playa de la Barrosa, with a nearby bus stop to both the center and the beach. Several shops are one minute from the complex, as well as a supermarket and restaurants nearby.



Free parking is available on the street and there is a garage parking space. Pets, smoking, and events or parties are not allowed. After 12:30 am, you are not allowed to make noise or speak loudly on the terrace out of respect for the neighbors. The property has no steps at the entrance or inside, but is not adapted for wheelchair users. It features energy-saving lighting and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. Please note that government regulations regarding water use may apply during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
