- Bathroom: with WC and washbasin.

- Front patio: equipped with a motorized awning and aluminum fence. The space has garden furniture (sofa, two armchairs, and a side table).

- Rear patio: equipped with a table for 6 people, ideal for outdoor meals, and a chill-out area for relaxing in the evening. An electric grill is available for your use. This terrace gives access to a room with a washing machine and storage space for cleaning and beach/pool equipment.



Upper floor:

- Master bedroom: Nordic style, with double bed, bedside tables, reading lights, built-in wardrobe with mirror, and smart TV. This room has air conditioning.

- Second bedroom: with two single beds, bedside tables, reading light, built-in wardrobe, and mirror. It has a portable air conditioner.

- Bathroom: with WC, large washbasin with storage, and shower.

- Balcony: equipped with a clothes drying rack.
