In this detached villa, approx. 2 km from the picturesque village of Santa Barbara de Nexe, you can enjoy the spaciousness and comfort for a relaxing vacation in undisturbed privacy. The quietly located accommodation with outdoor pool is only accessible by car. The villa is suitable for long-term tenants and families with children and has central heating, which is included from Dezembro to February in the price.

The villa extends over a living area of 150 m2 and can accommodate 6 people and, if required, a baby crib can also be set up. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has two single beds and the other two are each equipped with a double bed. One bedroom also has a flat screen TV with international programs. The villa has 2 bathrooms, one bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC, washbasin and washing machine. The second bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and a dishwasher as well as a table with 6 chairs, which invites you to a cozy stay.
The large living room is furnished with a couch, a large glass table with 4 chairs, a flat screen TV with satellite TV, WLAN and a fireplace. The living room and the bedrooms
have sliding windows and provide access to the pool. The windows have fly screens and it is possible to darken the rooms with shutters. The house has air conditioning, central heating and these services are subject to a charge (optional)
In the outdoor area is the pool (10 x 5 m and 2 m deep), a solar shower, sun loungers for 6 people with parasols. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the city of Faro on the terrace and by the pool and forget everyday life for a while. The whole thing is rounded off by a barbecue area with a charcoal barbecue and an additional gas barbecue. On the terrace there is a large table for 6 people and a table for 4 people. An external staircase leads to a beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city of Faro. The property is completely fenced, has an automatic gate and parking for 3 cars.

I am also pleased to inform you that there is another apartment on the property. It is 50 m² in size and furnished like an additional vacation apartment for four people. I think this is a great option for a happy couple with two lovely children. The apartment has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a desk with a chair, which is ideal for a home office. The lovingly designed kitchen-diner is furnished with two comfortable armchairs and a cozy sofa bed for two people. A flat-screen TV with international channels provides entertainment, while a dining table for four people allows for convivial get-togethers. The kitchen is also well equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, and microwave to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower to make you feel at home. The apartment is perfect for two families who want to spend a relaxing vacation together without sacrificing their privacy. The main house can accommodate up to six people, while the apartment is suitable for up to four people. The apartment is only opened for rentals of more than 6 people.
