Whether you are looking for relaxation or action in the Tyrolean mountains: The modern country house with approx. 180 m² is only available to you (up to max. 8 people) while you are here. Each room is stylishly decorated. No detail left to chance. The large living room in lounge style is also unconventional: Enjoy life in this large room with various seating islands on 60 m².

Kramsach - Tyrol's bath tub: There is hardly any other place in Tyrol with water as abundant as in Kramsach.
Tyrol's warmest swimming lakes: the Reintalersee, the Krummsee, the Berglsteinersee and also the Brandenberger Ache are very close.
Sports enthusiasts and adventurers will find everything their hearts desire in Kramsach and the surrounding area. Either you challenge yourself on a hike or on a bike tour in our unique mountain world or simply relax on the large wooden terrace in front of the farmhouse.
Hikers will find great mountain hiking trails in the Rofan Mountains with the legendary Ziereinersee as well as walking paths on flat terrain.
With the Sonnwendjochbahn chairlift you can comfortably hover from 580 to 1,900 vertical meters.
As a very special highlight, Austria's highest high ropes course was built in Kramsach.
