THIS ECO-FRIENDLY VILLA is also equipped with a PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM that generates up to approx. 15 kWh of electricity per day in summer, which can be used for air conditioning, cooking, pool and heating, thus reducing your electricity costs!

Directly in front of the house there is a covered, private parking space for one car and sufficient additional parking spaces on the public street at the house.
