The Judite House is a residence located in Carvoeiro-Lagoa, one of the most central and dynamic municipalities in the Algarve region. The welcoming atmosphere of the north, south, and east-facing terraces and balconies allows you to enjoy the rejuvenating light that characterizes southern Portugal.



This property offers access to two patios on the ground floor and three balconies on the upper floor. It has free parking and Wi-Fi. It features 3 bedrooms (one of them en-suite) and 1 sofa bed; a living room with flat-screen satellite TV and fireplace, and another secondary room on the first floor; a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, and all necessary appliances), an outdoor barbecue, and 3 complete bathrooms (shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet).



In the urbanization where the house is located, there is a green space where children can play freely, under the supervision of their parents.



At a distance of 10m, there is a Mediterranean restaurant, and the Pingo Doce supermarket, where you can find an electric car charging station. Within a radius of 1 to 3km, there are 3 other supermarkets (Aldi, Apolónia, and Auchan), 4 gas stations, a bus stop, and taxis, an art gallery, a municipal sports complex open to the general public (basketball court, swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath), a water park (Slide and Splash), and the Pestana Golf Academy. In addition, in the old part of the city (10 minutes on foot), you can find some high-quality restaurants highly rated on TripAdvisor.



Regarding the beaches, on the East side, we have Carvoeiro Beach at 4.5km, Vale Centeanes Beach at 5.6km, and Benagil at 6.5km, among others equally good and less known. On the West side, we have Caneiros Beach at 6.5km and Rocha Beach, at 7km, in Portimão.



The Algarve International Circuit is 28km away, and the nearest airport is in Faro, 60 km away.



My name is Judite, and I will be the host of this property. I am an architect and enjoy all kinds of sports. I decided to start hosting guests in an attempt to revitalize the family business. Additionally, there is a pertinent desire to stimulate the socio-economic aspect of the central area of Lagoa, which has immense potential and is under development.

- The maximum number of pets is 2, with the payment of the implemented fees.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Noise is prohibited after 22h.
