Situated in the heart of a quiet village, just a few minutes' drive from the famous and spectacular Pont du Gard aqueduct. This charming new, air-conditioned and ground floor holiday home has all the amenities for a successful holiday. It consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, a large covered terrace offers you magnificent views of the vineyards and surrounding hills. A lovely above-ground pool is located in the garden, right next to the terrace. At the back of the house, a second covered terrace is at your disposal, as well as a boules court and a parking space. A charging point for electric cars is available in the village. The location "Pont du Gard" offers you various activities: Hiking, canoeing, cycling or swimming in the river amidst the nature of the Cévennes. You can also discover historical cities such as Avignon, Uzès or Nîmes with their numerous monuments. In about an hour you can reach the Camargue and its wild landscape with its bulls, white horses and numerous bird species. Relax on the wide sandy beaches of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer (70 km).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Charging of e-vehicles not permitted
