The stylish 70 m² apartment is located in Goslar and spans two floors of a 130-year-old half-timbered house, accommodating up to 6 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. The attic, accessible via an internal staircase, offers a combined living and sleeping area with a workspace and another bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi up to 1000 Mbit/s (ideal for video calls), TV, video on demand, a baby cot, and a high chair.



You can store your bicycles in the backyard. Public parking is often available right in front of the house, and public transport is within easy walking distance.



The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 using natural materials—mainly wood, clay plaster on the walls, and wood treated with wax and oil. The original charm is evident in many slanted corners and angles. Depending on the weather, the timber frame may creak. Slippers are provided for you and may be taken home. For your safety, please always use the handrail, as the steps are uneven. Please remove your street shoes on the landing to protect the wooden floors, and dispose of waste in the bins in the backyard. Two unfinished attic rooms must not be entered, and wooden windows should be secured with hooks when open.



A wood-fired pizzeria is two houses away. The Ullrichsche Garten invites you to relax. A bakery for fresh rolls is on Breite Straße, and laundromats are 400 m away. Events are not permitted on the property.
