The standalone mobile home is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a campsite, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and its sunny location by the water. Available for use: sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture.

Toscolano Maderno. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on an enclosed garden plot. The campsite is situated within the walls of an old 14th-century monastery, is surrounded by a blooming park and enjoys an especially quiet and panoramic location. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

In the complex: tennis and table tennis. Animation for children. At the campsite you can play tennis for a fee. A football pitch is also available. The children's entertainment is for children from 3 years to 14 years. It is open daily from approximately June 15th to August 30th. Near the campsite there is the possibility of surfing, sailing, fishing and water skiing for a fee.

The campsite has direct access to the beach and lake. There is a beach service available for a fee (sun lounger + umbrella) from 01 June to approximately 30 September. A bike rental is approximately 500 m away.
