The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a rustic, typical local style and in a functional manner. The property is situated in a residential complex on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the lake and its sunny waterfront location. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. There is a playground on the lawn for the little ones and a beautiful garden with a brick barbecue. The highchair and the cot are available as a set for a fee of €6.00 per day, which can be added upon request.

Toscolano Maderno. The holiday apartement is located in a residence. The apartments, each with its own characteristics, have been furnished with great care to highlight the essence of arte povera and preserve the charm of the past, but without giving up modern comforts and services. The historic residence, resulting from the restoration of a 16th century building, is located at the foot of Mount Pizzoccolo, at the end of the historic center of Toscolano, not far from the lake and the beach. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

The pool opening hours depend on local weather conditions.
