Built in the 1970s by a long-time sea captain, LA CASA DEL CAPITANO is a lovely recently renovated nautical-style holiday home. From its large wooden terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Garda, surrounded by the silence of the forest behind you. Unique and special details create a warm and timeless atmosphere that allows you to recharge your batteries and completely relax. The captain's house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. An additional mezzanine with double bed, amenities and TV area will help make your vacation pleasantly unique. There is also a large garden with an ancient stone wall, which guarantees unparalleled relaxation and privacy. There is also a barbecue area with an outside table available for your summer evenings. All are located in a large, unique park setting at different heights.
