Located in Barberino Val d'Elsa, the farmhouse "Podere San Bartolo - Casa Colonica 2" has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

This farmhouse offers a furnished outdoor terrace as well as access to a shared outdoor area with a shared pool (open from April 27 to October 5), a panoramic garden, and restrooms. Pool regulations are displayed at the entrance. Moreover, there is a shared laundry area next to the pool.

Each unit has its own outdoor table and chairs, the garden is shared with guests from other units.

The property is conveniently located within easy reach of many beautiful historical and artistic towns in the Chianti and Sienese areas. Guests can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside, with public transport links within walking distance.

In the immediate vicinity is a playground for the little ones with a bar for breakfast and snacks, the historic center of Barberino Val D'Elsa, a charming medieval village with restaurants and pizzerias, and coming out of the Sienese gate of the historic center, bars and grocery stores with local baked goods. If interested, we can arrange typical Tuscan dinners with a private chef and you must ask for availability at the time of booking. We are producers of wine, olive oil and honey and for your stay you will find in the apartment a basket with our selection of wines, our olive oil and honey, a brochure with product characteristics and prices. Before your arrival we will send you a welcome email with all the directions for a pleasant stay.
