The farmhouse Podere "Podere San Bartolo - Casa Colonica 3" occupies an independent part of a converted barn in Barberino Val d'Elsa and creates an unforgettable setting for your getaway. This 2-storey property consists of a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a satellite TV, a dishwasher, and air conditioning. A baby cot and a high chair can also be provided.

Guests of this farmhouse enjoy access to a furnished private outdoor terrace and shared amenities: a shared pool (open from April 27 to October 5), a panoramic garden, and restrooms. Pool regulations are displayed at the entrance. Moreover, there is a shared laundry area next to the pool.

Every unit has its own outdoor table and chairs, the outdoor area is shared with guests of other units.

Families with children are welcome.

The property is conveniently located within easy reach of many beautiful historic and artistic towns in the Chianti and Sienese areas. Guests can enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding countryside, and public transportation links are within walking distance. Families with children are welcome. In the immediate vicinity is a playground for the little ones with bars for breakfast and snacks, the historic center of Barberino Val D'Elsa, a charming medieval village with restaurants and pizzerias, and out the Sienese gate of the historic center, bars and grocery stores with local baked goods. If interested, we can arrange typical Tuscan dinners with a private chef and you must ask for availability at the time of booking. We are producers of wine, oil and honey and for your stay you will find in the apartment a basket with our selection of wines, our oil and honey, a brochure with product characteristics and prices.
