The attractive Villa Ana is in the beautiful town of Labin and can accommodate 12 people in 6 comfortable bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, 2 do not but the two do not get much sun, and there are 2 more air conditioning units in the living room. There are 5 bathrooms available to guests - three with showers and two with spacious bathtubs. The interior of the villa offers two separate open plan kitchens with a dining area and a living room. Both kitchens are fully equipped with high-end appliances and give you a pleasant feeling of living. Sit on the comfortable sofas in front of the TV and relax or go to the pool, just a few steps away. A highlight is the roof terrace with a view of nature, take advantage of this moment to drink a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening at sunset. Villa Ana consists of two interconnected residential units - one on two floors and the other on one floor. The outdoor area is 4500 m2 and is surrounded by greenery. In this green setting there is a salt water pool of 32 m2. After swimming, it is a special experience to sunbathe on comfortable loungers surrounding the pool. We have a children's playground for our young guests. If you would like to prepare grilled dishes, an outdoor grill is available. In the courtyard of this spacious villa on the covered terrace there is a wooden table where you can serve lunch or dinner and right next to it there is a children's table with seating. In this part you will also find elegant garden furniture. There are four parking spaces available for guests. Book this special villa and you will have a great time.

Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for history and art lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with lots of local produce on offer, as well as many cozy cafes, ideal for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and now a popular tourist destination, surrounded by heavenly pebble beaches. With its numerous coastal and forest paths, this area is ideal for mountain biking, long relaxing hikes, horse riding, but also as a starting point for excursions to discover magical Istria.
