The property borders the Natural Park of Montioni, an ideal place for long walks in contact with nature and where there are picnic areas, a laboratory for environmental education and facilities for wildlife observation. Another place of interest especially for fans of historical sites is Massa Marittima which boasts the Orange Flag, the recognition of tourist-environmental quality conferred by the Touring Club.
