Villa Filton is ideal for guests who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This luxury villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. On the open-plan ground floor is the cozy living room with a fireplace and a large couch for the whole family. The living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with dining area where you can prepare delicious meals. Also on the ground floor there are 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. At your disposal is also the wellness area with sauna, as well as fitness equipment for those who like to stay active even on vacation.

Upstairs, on the second floor, there are 3 further bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also an additional lung area where you can enjoy your privacy.

Outside, you can enjoy the sun in the large, carefully tended garden by the inviting pool, which also has a relaxing waterfall curtain. In the summer kitchen you can eat al fresco while enjoying the peace and quiet of the village.Beautiful Villa Filton is located in the village of Markovici, not far from the town of Vizinada. Vizinada can also be reached on foot or by bike via the Parenzana, probably the most beautiful cycling route in Istria. You will hardly find Vizinada in the travel books, so make sure you discover it for yourself. Between the hill on which Vizinada is situated and the mountains in the background lies the old medieval town of Motovun, whose appearance has hardly changed in 500 years. The town has remained natural, not carefully painted over to look new. When visiting this small town, you will enjoy the beautiful view from the hill over the Mirna valley and the blue and green colors of Istria. The breathtaking Istrian coast and the tourist centers of Porec, Novigrad and Rovinj are within easy reach. Near the villa you can test your golf skills: a training 5-hole course is in the valley, while an 18-hole 5-star course is in Savudrija. Car is recommended.
