Just a few steps away is the beautiful covered terrace where you can enjoy balmy summer nights with a glass of Malvazija. Next to the villa is a 10,000sqm unfenced green area, perfect for family games. The property consists of two stone houses that are rented out as one unit for exclusive use only and is perfect for those looking for some privacy during their vacation. Each house has two bedrooms with double beds, some of which have en-suite bathrooms. The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The villa also has a private tavern with a charcoal grill, perfect for a family gathering and enjoying time together. Within a 10-minute walk you will find several bars, a pizzeria, two grocery stores, a post office and a pharmacy as well as the jewel of Svetvincenat, the main square. The square, with a beautiful Renaissance church and an 18th-century loggia, is dominated by the imposing Grimani Palace, a well-preserved medieval castle with a wide residential tower surrounded by a lawn lined with chestnut and pine trees.



Located in central Istria, you couldn't think of a more ideal location for Svetvincenat. The region's main towns such as Pula, Rovinj and Porec are all within a 30-minute drive, as are the pebble beaches of the Adriatic. For a fascinating day trip, take a boat to the historic, beautiful Brijuni Islands National Park, where fallow deer and peacocks roam a parkland of cedars, laurel and bamboo. Svetvincenat itself offers a varied program of cultural events throughout the summer, including the Ethnic Jazz Festival (early July), the International Dance and Pantomime Theatre Festival (late July) and the election of the most beautiful goat in Istria in mid-June (no kidding!).
