This beautiful villa for 10 people is located on the outskirts of the beautiful coastal town of Porec. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, Villa David is the ideal choice for families looking for a place where they can relax and forget about everyday life. The beautifully manicured green garden will delight you. The garden is filled with plants and trees that spread a special Mediterranean scent. The highlight of the garden is the large private pool with hydromassage. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and just a few steps away from the beautiful covered terrace with outdoor kitchen and dining area, where you can prepare meals and dine. The interior of the villa is beautifully decorated, very bright and spacious, and consists of 5 bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed and two consist of two single beds. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower cubicle. On the first floor you will find a bedroom, the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with access to the terrace with a cozy sitting area and table soccer. The remaining four rooms are located on the upper floor. The balcony with a beautiful sea view is the perfect place to start each morning of your vacation. The villa is fully fenced, offers wifi, 4 private parking spaces and is close to all the amenities you need and only a short drive from the nearest beach. Located in the quiet part of Porec, but only a short drive from the city center, this villa is ideal both for those who prefer a relaxing vacation and for those who like the hustle and bustle of tourist towns. In Porec you will find all kinds of activities, restaurants, bars and clubs, but the city is especially known for its rich cultural heritage. Porec, formerly a Roman colony, reached its peak during the reign of the Byzantine Emperor Justinian. The breathtaking Euphrasian Basilica, under UNESCO protection, is the best proof of how glorious this era was. Areas of interest include the medieval towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni Islands, the Roman amphitheater in Pula and Venice are easily accessible from this region.
