The beautiful Villa Florami is a perfect family home. Located in Krnica, only about 3 km from the nearest beach, this villa offers ideal accommodation in 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All are air-conditioned and have a TV and access to the balcony, the perfect place for your morning coffee to start the day off right. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the remaining two bedrooms share the other bathroom. The first floor is a bright and cozy open space that has been lovingly decorated and is divided into a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You can play table soccer on the terrace. From the dining area you have access to the terrace and outdoor dining area, right next to the inviting private pool. A charcoal barbecue is available for those who wish to prepare meals al fresco while others relax on the sun loungers and wait for the food to arrive. Three bicycles are at your disposal if you want to reach the nearest store in the center of Krnica, about 200 m away, a little faster than walking. This villa is a great choice for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing vacation in a peaceful environment, but also appreciates opportunities for an active vacation.Krnica is a small village in Istria, just a few kilometers from the sea. Krnica combines the best of coastal and rural Istria and is also the perfect starting point for day trips to the famous cities of Pula, Rovinj or Opatija. Krnica is also an excellent place to combine relaxation and an active vacation. In the nearby harbor there is an excellently equipped diving center that discovers old sunken ships, underwater caves, cliffs and the thrill of night diving for beginners and experienced divers. The east coast of Istria offers a variety of beaches and crystal clear sea.
