The ground floor has direct access to the terrace and the large garden. In total there are 3 luxury bedrooms - one is on the ground floor and 2 further bedrooms are on the first floor. To further enhance your holiday, each bedroom has a private bathroom. Even at first glance, it is obvious that the villa has been furnished with love and that great attention has been paid to detail. But that's not all: the inviting pool in the garden is at your disposal, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The villa also offers a jacuzzi and a sauna (the sauna is located in one of the bathrooms). This beautiful luxury villa is located in Pridraga and is only a short walk away from the nearest beach. This area is ideal for those who want to avoid mass tourism. However, all the amenities you need are within easy reach. Only a short drive separates Pridraga from Zadar, an old city worth visiting, rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. There are monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Nowadays, Zadar is known for its sea organs and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun). Homemade prosciutto (prut) or Mediterranean mussels are just some of the specialities of Dalmatian gastronomy. This part of Dalmatia is home to some of the most beautiful national and nature parks in Croatia.
