The charming Villa Renata is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation with family and friends, but still want to have their privacy. The villa consists of 2 separate apartments that are only rented together and only to one group of guests. The first floor consists of a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. From here you have direct access to the balcony and the spacious outdoor area with a private pool and a children's playground. As a separate apartment, the second floor consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a living/dining area and a kitchen. Here you will also find 2 balconies from which you can enjoy a view of the pool area and a cup of coffee.

The outdoor dining area for 12 people by the pool is the perfect place to spend time with the whole family over a delicious Istrian dinner.

IMPORTANT: Reservations (check-in & check-out) for Villa Renata are only possible from Sunday to Sunday in July and August !!!Villa Renata is located in Kastelir near the town of Porec. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the nearest restaurant and store and only a few kilometers from the old town of Porec - the tourist hotspot of the area with all its sports, gastronomy and entertainment facilities. The breathtaking Euphrasius Basilica is the symbol of this coastal town. The nearest beach is about 6 km from the villa. As the coast is easily accessible by car, you have many different beaches to discover. The inland of this part of Istria offers many hiking and cycling trails as well as the opportunity to discover the small towns and their cultural and gastronomic specialties.
