Villa Joze is a modern villa for 6 people seeking relaxation and pleasure with a calming view of the wooded surroundings. The first floor has an open floor plan with a carefully furnished living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room adds an extra dose of coziness and romance. A bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on the first floor. A special feature of the first floor is the direct access from all rooms to the covered outdoor terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee. On the upper floor, with far-reaching views of the greenery, there are two further spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The modern and elegant design of this villa is also reflected in the outdoor area with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers. To ensure additional privacy, the villa is fully fenced and has a spacious lawn area ideal for children's games. Swings, a slide and a trampoline are available for the little ones for additional hours of play. In addition to the pool, the outdoor area is equipped with a canopy with a charcoal barbecue and a dining table to enjoy al fresco meals. Round off the shared activities with table tennis or a picnic on a bench next to the tree for an unforgettable experience. For all culture lovers, we recommend a visit to the city of Pula with its Roman amphitheater or a visit to the Brijuni National Park, where numerous archaeological sites can be found. Central Istria is ideal for all active vacationers and sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. Visit small medieval towns perched on hills, such as Motovun, Buzet, Visnjan or Hum (the smallest town in the world).
