Mirasole Home is an entire two-room apartment of 65 square meters. It is located on the second floor ( no elevator) of a typical and quiet palazina in the historic center of Bologna and consists of a large living/dining room with open kitchen, large family room with two double beds and bathroom with shower.



The apartment is equipped with autonomous air conditioning and heating system, bathroom with shower, Smart Tv Samsung flat screen 55 " ( inches ), kitchen equipped with basic appliances to be able to organize in the preparation of meals ( sink, oven, micoonde oven, kettle, moka and automatic Nespresso machine with pods, toaster, refrigerator with freezer cell), Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack, hair dryer.



The linen provided for bed and bath are of excellent quality. Housekeeping service on request can be daily.



Mirasole Home is located in a strategic position in the historic center, easily accessible even by car, a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore and the Rizzoli Orthopedic Hospital.



Mirasole Street and the entire neighborhood in which it is located is very quiet and frequented almost exclusively by residents with very low vehicular traffic.

Thanks to its privileged location, it is possible to quickly reach both the Central Station and the exhibition center "Bologna Fiere."
