The villa has been restored and furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality materials. The spacious living area with balcony doors as well as the kitchen and dining area are located on the first floor. Here you will also find a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The wellness area is also located on the first floor, but has a separate entrance. The other 4 bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the second floor.

A store and restaurant are just a short walk from the villa, while the nearest beach is just a short drive away - 7 km.

Porec is a beautiful ancient town with a rich history and many cultural monuments. It is best known for the Euphrasian Basilica, which is one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. But Porec is also a modern city with many bars, restaurants, shopping facilities and of course beaches where you can enjoy various sports activities.
