Located in El Verger, the 'Mediterranean Sea House' holiday home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services, air conditioning, as well as a washing machine. A crib and highchair are also available. Fireplace available to guests. This vacation rental has a private outdoor space with a garden, covered and outdoor terraces and barbecue. The property is located 300m from the beach. All services are located close to the property (supermarkets, restaurants, beach). Denia is just 10 km away. There is a parking space available on the property and free street parking is available. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed under prior notice, guests are responsible for possible damage caused by their pets. Smoking is not allowed in this property.

There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices for access control outside the facilities.

In accordance with current regulations in the Valencian Community, reservations of up to 10 days are managed under the tourist rental regime (according to Decree-Law 9/2024, of August 2). Reservations of more than 10 days are considered seasonal rentals and are regulated in accordance with the Urban Leasing Act (according to Decree-Law 29/1994, of November 24).



IMPORTANT: The maximum capacity of this property is 8 people, including adults and children over the age of 2.

Although children over 2 years old can stay at no additional cost, they are still counted within the total occupancy limit for legal and safety reasons.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately and without refund if the presence of undeclared guests is confirmed. Under no circumstances will occupancy beyond 8 people be accepted, with the sole exception of infants under 2 years old.
