Apartment 1 is perfect for a stress-free and relaxing vacation in the Franconian Lake District. It has 50 m² and is located on the 1st floor and consists of a living room with a sofa bed (lying area W 115 x L 175 cm) for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom

fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed: 160x200), 1 bathroom

bathroom and thus offers space for 2 adults and max. one child. High-speed WLAN, a TV, a fan as well as children's books and toys are all available. Our apartment 1 has a large south-facing balcony with an electric awning including LED lighting.

The Altmühlsee is only 4 minutes away by bike.

We are located in a cul-de-sac, so it offers the necessary peace and quiet to enjoy a relaxing vacation.



Supermarkets etc. are only 800 m away from us.

All our apartments are non-smoking! We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments under any circumstances and to strictly adhere to this!

Pets and events are generally not allowed. If this is desired, please contact the hosts in advance. Written confirmation is required.

Free parking is available on the street.

The accommodation offers seasonal free vegetables from its own garden, which are guaranteed organic.

We have a storage room for bicycles. Please note the conditions for parking in our garage from our terms and conditions, these are available on our website Seehaus Hoyer for download, by email or by phone at any time.

The accommodation has guidelines to help guests separate waste correctly. Further information is available on site. Most of our electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system.
