On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms of the house have direct sea views. There is high speed Wifi, parking for one car, bed linen and towel sets. There is AC only on the lower floor. The house is located:

- 3 km from the village of Banyalbufar (restaurants, supermarket, etc).

- 10 km to the village of Esporles (with restaurants, pharmacy, etc).

- 25 km from the city of Palma and 35 km from Palma Airport.

The house is accessed by a little frequented asphalted road with stunning sea views.
