Located in the Arcs 1600 ski resort, the Arc 1600 holiday apartment offers you a fantastic view of the Alps. The 41 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a private terrace with no direct neighbours, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds, a bathroom, and an extra toilet. The apartment can accommodate up to six guests.



Additional amenities include a TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, ski locker, and bed linen and towels available on request.



You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool open in summer only. A tennis court is a 5-minute walk away. A covered parking space can be provided.



Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside.



The property offers guidelines for proper waste sorting and features energy-saving lighting. Sustainable materials were used for insulation.



A free shuttle service to the train station is available. You can arrange end-of-stay cleaning and/or grocery delivery to the apartment for an extra fee.
