Villa Evie has a unique view of the Mediterranean Sea and the sandy Genn’e Mari beach.
The quiet location, surrounded by nature and the large garden with pool allow for a private and relaxing stay.

The property is ideal for two families with children.
On the main floor there are three out of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area and a roofed terrace with the outdoor dining area.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped fitted kitchen a large bedroom and a bathroom.

The garden is spacious and has a wide variety of flora and fauna. There is plenty of space for barbecues, relaxing in the shade or simply admiring the sunset. Sun loungers and parasol are also available.

On the hot days you can cool down and have fun with your family in the large pool with a kids water slide from where you can admire amazing sea views.
The pool water depth is 1.00 m to 2.60 m, weekly cleaning included.

Not included in the price:

- Electricity up to 200 KW included per week, any KW above will be charged 0,5 €
